Textiles that have not been reviewed will require a memo sample. Memo samples can be ordered and sent to ISA directly from the manufacturer’s website. An Upholstery Approval Form must be filled out and submitted to ISA along with memo sample.

Specifications

Chair starts with a cold molded foam shell, which is made from a metal frame injected with PU foam.
Shell seat is then wrapped in ¼” high density CAL 117 FR foam.
Shell back and sides is wrapped in Dacron and upholstered as per specifications.
Available with the following bases:
Quatre Wood Base (QTW) Stained or raw ash wooden base, swivel.
Disk Base (DB) Polished chrome base, swivel.
Desk Base (DKB) Five prong base shall be constructed from chromed cast aluminum with chrome capped dual wheel casters. Dims for DKB: H 30.5”-33.5” / D 27” / W 28” / ARM 23.5” – 27”.
Tall X Base (XTB) Polished chrome metal base, swivel.
