Specifications

Frame to be constructed from 16 gauge square metal tubing ⅞” x ⅞”.
Bottoms of legs are capped with heavy duty metal, shock absorbing swivel chair glides. Alternate glides may be used depending on the type of flooring at the project site.
Frame components are bent and welded together with 4 seat mounting tabs. The barstool frame is then strengthened with 1 front, 1 back and 2 side stretchers.
Upholstered seat version to be 1½” thick box style. There is an optional show wood seat that can be specified. The seat is attached to the metal frame with screws. The foam is an extra firm 2 pound density.
Back to be ¾” thick 13 ply, pressure/heat molded plywood. The chair back is then glued onto pronged uprights with heat frequency glue that is suitable for both wood and metal to form a strong non removable bond.
Seat and back plywood components are prefinished in any of ISA’s standard finishes and sealed with a catalyzed lacquer.
