Specifications

• Frame to be constructed from 16 gauge round metal tubing 1 ¼”.
• Leg components are bent and welded together with an X seat stretcher 16 gauge ½” diameter.
• The frame is then strengthened with an additional 2 side, 1 front and 1 back stretchers welded to the legs, ½” diameter 16 gauge.
• Bottoms of legs are capped with plastic chair glides.
• The seat shall be 1” thick hardwood with a ½” plywood cap, 2 ½” of FR foam is applied to the seat.
• The back shall be 1” thick hardwood, 2” of FR foam is applied to the back.
• Seat and back are connected with an 8 gauge L bracket on each side.
• Seat and back are upholstered as 1 piece.
• The frame finish can be chrome plated or epoxy powder coated.
