Textiles that have not been reviewed will require a memo sample. Memo samples can be ordered and sent to ISA directly from the manufacturer’s website. An Upholstery Approval Form must be filled out and submitted to ISA along with memo sample.

Specifications

Chair starts with curved plywood back, which is then bolted to a plywood seat using metal angle brackets.
Shell is then wrapped in medium density CAL 117 FR foam.
The shell upholstery is a pullover sleeve zippered at the bottom and stapled to the seat.
Upholstery is then stretched over a plywood seat panel and stapled to the bottom.
Five prong base with knee tilt mechanism has a tension control and gas cylinder lift.
Memo sample required for approval prior to production.
