Specifications

• Chair Barstool frame and all exposed wood shall be constructed from solid kiln dried hardwood. Lumber to be dried to a final moisture content level between 6% – 8%.
• Front Legs to be constructed from single stock hardwood lumber.
• Rear legs to be constructed from single stock hardwood lumber cut to shape.
• The seat rails are made from single stock hardwood lumber and shaped to conform to the chair design and are glued dowelled and screwed together with corner blocks.
• The seat shall be ¾” thick solid core ply with webbing and applied to the solid hardwood frame. The seat is attached to the hardwood frame and screwed to the frame.
• Foam is 2” high density CAL 117 foam on the seat.
