584 Topaz Arm

Specifications

• Chair frame shall be constructed from solid kiln dried beech. Lumber to be dried to a final moisture content between 6% – 8%.
• Front Legs to be constructed from single stock lumber. Finished dimensions at the top of leg to be 1 ¾” x 1 ¾” tapering 1” x 1” at the bottom.
• Rear legs to be constructed from single stock lumber cut to shape. Finished dimensions are 1 ½” x 1 ½” and tapers at the top 1 ¼” x 1” and bottom 1” x 1 ¼”.
• Front and rear legs are attached by a solid beech frame that is 2 ½” x 1 ¾” .
• Side stretchers run front to back leg and are dowelled and glued together.
• Chair frame and seat frame are connected together by dowels, corner blocks, bolts and glue.
• Seat shall be ½” thick solid core ply with webbing and applied to the solid beech frame. The seat is attached to the beech frame via screws. High density CAL 117 FR foam and upholstery are applied after assembly.
• Back is curved 1” thick beech that is glued & doweled to the back upright.
• 1580 Topaz Bar is also available in counter height at 24” seat height.
• Topaz Bar – Footrest stretcher guard on front stretcher. Finish options: black, polished brass, brushed aluminum.
