Specifications

• Chair frame shall be constructed from solid kiln dried Maple. Lumber to be dried to a final moisture content between 6% -8%.
• All exposed wood shall be constructed from solid kiln dried Maple. Lumber to be dried to a final moisture content between 6% -8%
• Frame to be doweled, glued and screwed together with glue blocks in a rigid jig to form a square and solid structure.
• Side upholstery, both inside and out shall be 1” foam over a ½” plywood septum.
• Inside back upholstery shall be 4” foam over a hand tied springs, outside back is upholstery over ½” foam.
• Upholstered seat cushion is reversible. The seat pan is hand tied springs with a heavy duty muslin cover.
