Specifications

• Frames are constructed of solid kiln dried ash wood. Lumber to be dried to a final moisture content level between 6% – 8%.
• The frames are connected together by mortise and tenon, corner blocks, screws and glue. They also receive reinforcing stretchers, in solid wood
• Legs are 2” x 1 ¼” at the top, tapering down to 1” x 1 ¼” at the bottom. They connect at the top via an X-brace structure.
• The back rest consists of ½” thick bent plywood and is attached to the main metal back bracket via screws. Plywood is stained per selected finish.
• Metal bracket is ¾” diameter and can be finished in any ISA powder coat/plated finish.
• The seat consists of ½” thick plywood, with a high-density foam seat, 2.5” thick, meeting CAL 117 FR. Upholstery is then applied as specified. Tufting is standard, as shown.
• All exposed wood is finished in any standard ISA wood finish. Frames then receive a clear urethane top coat in low gloss for added protection.
• All items include nail-in nylon glides suitable for most flooring types.
