Textiles that have not been reviewed will require a memo sample. Memo samples can be ordered and sent to ISA directly from the manufacturer’s website. An Upholstery Approval Form must be filled out and submitted to ISA along with memo sample.

Standard with double stitching upholstery. Zig zag stitch is special order.  See #1195 for matching stool.
