Slim Tapered Metal Legs

Specifications

• Chair wood frame constructed from solid beech. Lumber to be dried to a final moisture content level between 6% – 8%.
• Front legs constructed from single stock lumber. Finished dimension at the top of leg to be 1 ½” x 1 1 ½” tapering to ¾” x ¾” at bottom.
• Rear legs constructed from single stock lumber cut to shape. Finished dimensions are 2” x 2” tapering to ¾” x ¾” at bottom.
• Slim Tapered Metal Leg (STLG) version is manufactured using Ø16 mm steel tubing. Available in any standard ISA powder coat/plated finish
• The seat shell is made from molded foam that meets CAL 117 FR.
• The chair frame and seat frame are connected together by mortise and tenon, corner blocks, bolts and glue. The seat is attached to the frame via screws and t-buts.
• Shell is made of ½” plywood molded into shape and receives 1” thick high density foam that meets CAL117 FR. Upholstery is applied as specified. This collection does NOT receive leather/COL.
• Barstools have stretchers for reinforcement. Front stretcher has a metal footrest, available in Black, Brass or Satin Aluminum finishes.
• Chairs and stools come with nail-in nylon glides, suitable for most flooring types.
• Stools are also available in counter height (24” SH).
