Specifications

• Chair frame shall be constructed from solid oak or beech. Lumber to be dried to a final moisture content level between 6% – 8%.
• Front legs to be constructed from single stock lumber. Finished dimension at the top of leg to be 2” x ¾” tapering to 1¼” x ¾” at bottom.
• Rear legs to be constructed from single stock lumber cut to shape. Finished dimensions are 2” x 1¼” and tapers to the bottom.
• The seat rails are made from single stock lumber 2” x 2¼” and shaped to conform to the chair design and are glued dowelled and screwed together with corner blocks.
• The seat shall be ½” thick solid core ply with webbing and applied to the solid oak hardwood frame. The seat is attached and screwed to the hardwood frame.
• The curved back is made of single piece formed plywood screwed into the seat frame.
• Metal footrest is added on the stool, within wood legs, finished in Satin Chrome.
• ¾” high density CAL 117 FR foam and Dacron wrap is applied to the seat, ½” thick foam on the inside back and ¼” thick foam on the outside back.
• Stool version available in 24” seat height (counter), upon request.
