Specifications

• Chair frame shall be constructed from solid kiln dried beech. Lumber to be dried to a final moisture content between 6% – 8%.
• Front legs to be constructed from single stock lumber. Finished dimension at the top of leg to be approximately 1 ½” x 1 ½” tapering to ¾” x ¾” at bottom.
• Rear legs to be constructed from single stock lumber cut to shape. Finished dimensions are approximately 1 ¼” x 1 ¼” at the center height, tapering at the top ¾” x 1 ½” and at the bottom to ¾” x 1”.
• Front and rear legs and attached by a solid beech frame that is 1 7/8”.
• U-brace stretchers run front to back and are dowelled and glued together. Front stretcher covered with metal footrest available in Black, Satin Aluminum or Brass finish.
• The chair frame and seat frame are connected together by dowels, corner blocks, bolts and glue. The frame is stained in any standard ISA wood finish and a clear lacquer is applied for protection (medium sheen).
• The seat shall be ½” thick solid core ply applied to the solid beech frame. The seat is attached to the beech frame via screws. High density CAL 117 FR foam and upholstery are applied after assembly.
• Back portion is 1” thick finished.
• All models include nail in nylon glides suitable for all flooring.
