Specifications

• Chair/Barstool frame and all exposed wood shall be constructed from solid kiln dried beech wood. Lumber to be dried to a final moisture content level between 6% – 8%.
• Front Legs to be constructed from single stock lumber. Finished dimension at the top of leg to be 1 5/8” x 1 5/8” tapering to 1” x 1” at bottom.
• Rear legs to be constructed from single stock lumber cut to shape. Finished dimensions are 1 ¼” x 1 1/8” and tapers top and bottom. The top of the chair back is integrally joined to the back legs.
• The seat shall be ½” thick solid core beech wood ply and applied to the solid beech wood frame. The seat is attached to the beech wood frame and screwed to the frame.
• Back is curved by way of radio frequency constructed from solid beech wood 7/8” x ¼” glued by way of mortise and tenon into the solid beech wood back frame and rail top and bottom.
• A U-type stretcher 1” x ¾” is attached by way of mortise and tenon into the front legs and screwed into the back legs.
• The stool also features the two front stretchers for added strength. The lower front stretcher includes a metal footrest, available in Black, Brass, Satin Aluminum finishes.
• The barstool and seat frame are connected together by dowels, corner blocks, bolts and glue. The frame/exposed wood is finished in any Standard ISA wood finish. A clear coat of urethane, low gloss is applied for added protection.
• Foam is 2” thick, high-density CAL-117 FR on the seat and ¾” thick on the back.
• Stools are also available in Counter Height (24” seat height).
• Both the chair and stool include nail-in nylon glides on legs, suitable for most flooring types.
