Specifications

• Frame to be constructed from extruded aluminum components for the frame and stamped aluminum for the seat pan.
• Front Legs to be constructed from single piece that is wedged with a finished dimension of 1 ¾” at the top down to 1 ⅛” at the bottom.
• Rear legs to be constructed from single stock extruded aluminum. Finished dimensions are 1 3/16” x 1 3/16”. The back legs and back are all 1 piece, bent and curved.
• Solid wood seat and upholstered seat are screwed to the frame from the underside of the seat.
• Aluminum seat to be 14 gauge flat aluminum stamped into a 1 ½” box form for added strength, the seat is also saddled.
• Back slats are extruded aluminum and are curved and fit into slots on the back frame and rail top and bottom. Bottom back rail is shaped from extruded aluminum and welded into on the back legs.
• Side stretchers and H stretcher are ¾” x ¾” extruded aluminum and welded into place.
• Frame and seat pan are welded together for rigidity and polished smooth where required.
