Specifications

• Chair frame and all exposed wood shall be constructed from solid kiln dried beech wood. Lumber to be dried to a final moisture content level between 6% – 8%.
• Arms are a closed loop solid beech wood construction and act as the support for the seat and back. Arm rests are 2 ½” wide at the front and tapers to 1 ½” width at the back of the arm. All wood thickness on the steamed bent wood arm is 1” all portions of the arm are curved.
• Back and seat frame to be doweled, glued and screwed together with glue blocks in a rigid jig to form a solid structure. CAL 117 FR high density foam over webbing forms the cushion portion of the chair, upholstery is a tight pull over for the seat and back and are staple at the bottom.
• All exposed wood is finished in any standard ISA wood finish, and receives a clear urethane coat in low gloss for added protection.
• Includes nail-in nylon glides.
