Specifications

•  Chair frame shall be constructed from single-stock, solid, kiln-dried wood. Lumber to be dried to a final
  moisture content between 6% – 8%.
• Front legs to be constructed from single stock lumber. Finished dimension at the top of leg to be
  approximately 2” x 2” tapering to 1” x 1.25” at the bottom.
• Rear legs to be constructed from compounded curved single stock lumber. Finished dimensions are 2” x 2” at
  the top of the leg, tapering to 1” x 1.25” at the bottom.
• Seat rails are 2”H. The rails attach to the front legs by mortise and tenon method.
• The seat panel is to be made from 3/8” plywood. The panel is to be covered in high density CAL-117 FR
  foam, dacron and upholstery as specified.
• All exposed wood to be finished in any standard ISA wood finish, and to receive a semi-gloss urethane clear coat for added protection.
• On WBB (Wood Back Trim), trim is approximately ¾” wide x ¼” high all around back perimeter.
• On VB (Veneer Back), the back veneer is approximately 0.75” thick, bent in shape and attached to the seat structure via dowels, glue and screws. It is finished to match the leg stain.
• Includes nail-in nylon glides on all models.
