Specifications

• All frames to be constructed from solid kiln dried European beech wood. Lumber to be dried to a final moisture content between 6% – 8%.
• Front legs to be constructed from single stock lumber.
• Rear legs to be constructed from single stock lumber cut to shape.
• Side stretchers run front to back on side legs and are dowelled and glued together. Stool has a front stretcher, covered in metal footrest (Black, Brass or Satin Aluminum finish available)
• The chair frame and seat frame are connected together by dowels, corner blocks, bolts and glue.
• Seat to be ½” thick solid core ply with webbing and applied to the solid beech frame. The seat is attached to the beech frame via screws. Medium density Cal 117 FR foam and upholstery are applied after assembly.
• Back is 3/16” thick ply on the back side that is laminated to the solid beech upper legs, the front of the back is medium density Cal 117 FR foam and upholstery are applied after assembly.
• On 345, the arms are attached to the seat frame via nut and bolt.
• Frames are stained/finished in a 4 stage process with a semi-gloss finish. Available in any standard ISA wood finish. Custom stains available upon request, at an upcharge.
• 1344 Stool also available in 24” seat height (counter height).
